International shipping

International orders are sent via United States Postal Service. Express delivery is charged at a flat rate of $65 a bag. Delivery time is 3-5 business days with tracking info. Total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout, prior to the completion of your order. You will receive a confirmation email.

Please follow the instructions below to complete your international order.

Before your order can be finalized you will need to...

• Sign the order confirmation page (printable from the shopping cart). For security our credit card processor requires a confirmed order.
• Click here to download the international shipping form (68KB PDF). Please print, review, and sign it.
• Photocopy your credit card, front and back.
• Fax both pages, and the signed order confirmation page to us at (312) 421-2294, "ATTN: Customer Service".

Once the fax is received, your order will be processed in our office. You will receive a final order confirmation email along with a tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. Taxes and duties may also be charged on exchange shipments. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from miabossi.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Mia Bossi. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
